Mark
Mesiti-Miller
Principal Engineer
Throughout
his engineering career, Mark Mesiti-Miller has been responsible
for the successful execution of a vast array of challenging projects.
His emphasis has been in the design, planning and engineering of
buildings, bridges, coastal structures and other public and private
facilities. In 1987, he founded Mesiti-Miller Engineering. In his
role as Principal Engineer for the firm, Mark Mesiti-Miller directs
a professional staff of licensed structural engineers, licensed
civil engineers, engineers-in-training and other support personnel.
More than half the firm's work is performed on a subconsultant basis
to architects and other design professionals, while the balance
is conducted with Mesiti-Miller Engineering as the prime design
professional directly responsible to the client.

Hendsbee has over seventeen years of structural engineering experience
including more than five years at Mesiti-Miller Engineering, Inc.
His primary expertise is the structural design of institutional,
educational, commercial, and industrial buildings, the retrofit
and rehabilitation of existing structures, vehicular bridges and
retaining walls. His responsibilities include structural design
and detailing, production of construction drawings, specification
writing, site inspections, and preparation of written reports. He
is keenly proficient in the design of wood, concrete, masonry, and
steel structures for a variety of structures, including educational
facilities, municipal facilities, commercial office and retail buildings,
industrial buildings, restaurants, and custom single and multiple
family residential dwellings.

Qualifications
Mr. Putnam has been in charge of many challenging civil engineering
projects with an emphasis in water, wastewater and storm water facilities.
His experience, in excess of 15 years, includes hydrologic and hydraulic
analysis, hydraulic structures, flood evaluations, storm water collection,
detention/retention and pumping systems, sanitary sewer collection
systems and lift stations. potable water source, transmission, treatment,
and distribution systems, storage reservoirs and pump stations,
and water, sanitary sewer, and storm water master plans. Mr. Putnam
also has experience with site plans, improvement plans, grading
plans, erosion control, subsurface utilities, permitting, technical
specifications, construction cost estimates, and construction inspection
and certification. As a project manager, he has worked with large,
multidisciplinary projects teams for public sector projects.
